    You might remember me mentioning Iain McKinnon in my post about Grimmfest last month. I said you’d be hearing more about Iain, and here’s why: Permuted Press have just published his debut novel
    Domain of the Dead. I was honoured to be asked to write an introduction to the book, and you can see my endorsement on the cover above. It’s a great read – an exciting, fast-moving, traditional zombie novel with a cool cast and more than enough wild moments and flashes of originality and invention to keep even the most jaded fan of the Undead entertained this Christmas. As if that wasn’t enough, you can watch a trailer for the book (and an absolutely cracking zombie-short – The Dead Walk) over on Iain’s official website, http://www.domain-of-the-dead.com.

    I got to chat to Ian at Grimmfest, and I have to say he was a pleasure to meet. I have put this on my Amazon wish list for x-mas(if the wife sees this hint! hint!) I wish I would have a photo taken now, but I was a bit caught up in the moment, what with being about to meet Mr Moody himself!
    Will that QA video ever surface?

    I hope the Q&A does appear - last I heard, all the footage from Grimm was being edited into a programme for Manchester TV (which, I understand, you can get on Sky and Virgin Media in the UK).

    I need to talk to the Grimm bods again. I'll see if they have an update.
