The Grimm Up North festival may be over for this year, but the organising team are already planning future events, so please check their website regularly.
They’ve just announced a few quick competitions to win merchandise that was donated by the guests, and you can get your hands on some signed books and T-shirts from me. To stand a chance of winning you’ll need to:
- Visit the Grimm website here, go to the Contact page and sign up for their newsletter
- Click here to send an email (subject DAVID MOODY COMP) with the answer to this question: What relation is Dickon Tolson, star of AUTUMN, to the director of the movie?

You are not going to beleive this, but I won the signed books. Even though I contacted Simeon at the end of last year, I only got a reply the other day, so weather permiting, I should get them any day now. As I was lucky enough to be able to get my ones signed, I will hang on to the Autumn novel, but find a good home for the Hater. I’m keeping the T-shirts though!
